How It Works
- Complete the request by using the link above.
- Once you complete and submit the request you will receive an appointment number and additional instructions via email that includes your scheduled appointment date.
- You ship the glove to us using your best effort to have it arrive on your appointment date.
- Once the glove is received, your glove will be checked into our inventory system, and you will receive an email of acknowledgement.
- When your glove is complete, you will receive an email letting you know that your service is complete along with payment instructions.
- Once payment is received, you will receive an email acknowledgement, and your glove will be shipped back to you using the label that you provided us.
- The final step is for you to play catch with a heavy ball for about 10-15 minutes. This allows the glove and pocket to form to your hand.
